Professional development for nurses rooted in emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and sustainable growth.
About Tiffany
I am a Nurse Leader, Consultant, and Educator who believes leadership begins long before a title is given.
My career in nursing exposed a gap that clinical training alone could not fill. Nurses are exceptionally skilled, deeply capable, and relentlessly committed—yet rarely supported in developing emotional intelligence, boundaries, and the self-awareness required to sustain long-term growth.
I teach self-leadership as a professional competency. My work bridges emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, and real-world nursing culture. I partner with staff nurses who want to grow without burning out—and with organizations seeking leadership development that is practical, human, and accountable.
Leadership is not just about managing others.
It’s about regulating yourself, making aligned decisions, and showing up with clarity under pressure.
That work starts within.

About New Nurse Academy
New Nurse Academy was founded to address what traditional nursing education overlooks: the inner development of the nurse. Clinical competence matters. Operational efficiency matters. But sustainable leadership begins with emotional intelligence, clarity, and self-regulation. New Nurse Academy supports:
Staff Nurses & Emerging Leaders Through the HUB and SHIFT, nurses strengthen self-leadership, build professional confidence, and develop clarity before stepping into formal leadership roles.
Healthcare Organizations Through consulting and speaking, organizations strengthen culture, accountability, and emotionally intelligent leadership practices. This work is grounded, practical, and rooted in the realities of healthcare—not abstract theory.
What This Work Stands For
